We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate to help grow your success with Null Bugs. You’ll identify new opportunities built around what serves you, build relationships that put your goals first, and work closely with the sales and delivery teams to turn your leads into long-term partnerships.

Note: This role is currently remote but will move to an on-site setup in the future, so we’re prioritizing candidates based in or near Nadapuram, Vadakara, and Calicut.

• You’ll identify and reach out to prospective clients across India, UAE, and beyond, opening doors built around what they need.
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, keeping their goals at the center.
• You’ll prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to what prospective clients are looking for.
• You’ll coordinate with the delivery team to make sure client requirements are understood and delivered on.
• You’ll track leads and keep accurate records in the CRM, so every client relationship gets the attention it deserves.
• You’ll meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, driving results that matter to clients and business alike.

• You have 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• You’re confident handling cold outreach, client calls, and presentations.
• You have a basic understanding of the IT services or software industry.
• You’re self-motivated with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• You’re proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Design Intern (6 months, unpaid) — a role built around helping you grow. You’ll create social media posters and graphics designed around what your audience wants to see, from social creatives to marketing collateral and UI assets. Strong graphic design skills are required. Based on your performance, you could be appointed as a Junior Graphic Designer at Null Bugs.

Note: This role is currently remote but will move to an on-site setup in the future, so we’re prioritizing candidates based in or near Nadapuram, Vadakara, and Calicut.

• You’ll create graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects that speak directly to their audience.
• You’ll help develop brand assets, presentations, and visual collateral that make an impact.
• You’ll support the UI/UX team with mockups and visual elements that bring your ideas to the screen.
• You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, shaping content and campaign visuals together.
• You’ll turn feedback into stronger design concepts, fast.
• You’ll stay ahead by keeping up with the latest design trends and tools.

• You have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• You bring a portfolio showcasing your personal or academic design work.
• You have a basic understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• You communicate well and manage your time effectively.
• You’re open to learning and take feedback constructively.

We’re looking for a motivated Web Development Intern (6 months, unpaid) — a role built around helping you grow. You’ll build modern, scalable web applications for clients across India and the UAE, working across the stack from front-end interfaces your users will love to back-end APIs that power their experience. Strong web development skills are required, with guidance from senior developers along the way. Based on your performance, you could be appointed as a Junior Web Developer at Null Bugs.

• You’ll design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end code that shapes real user experiences.
• You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, turning mockups into interfaces your users will actually enjoy.
• You’ll take part in code reviews, standups, and sprint planning, shaping how the work comes together.
• You’ll debug issues and improve performance and accessibility, so users get a smoother experience.
• You’ll write clean, well-documented code alongside the engineering team.

• You have working knowledge of JavaScript and a modern front-end framework (React).
• You have a basic understanding of Node.js, Express, or similar back-end frameworks.
• You’re comfortable with Git workflows.
• You’re eager to learn and thrive in an agile team environment.
